SpatFree ®- Nozzle Liquid is a new product that is specially meant for application on Robotic and Automatic and Semi Automatic welding machine torches & nozzles and for improvement of life span of welding nozzles.


SpatFree ®- NozzleLiquid is mainly suitable for use on fixtures of Robotic and automatic & semi automatic welding equipments. It creates an Anti Spatter barrier around welding torch nozzles. It helps to reduce operating and maintenance costs.

Application Procedure :

SpatFree ®- NozzleLiquidcreates an Anti-Spatter film on robotic and automatic welding gun nozzles. Cool the Nozzle gun and remove the impurities. Remove spatters around the contact tip and inside the nozzle.

 

  • Dip welding gun nozzle in to SpatFree® - NozzleLiquid and start work operations.
